Return and Refund Policy

Savage Violet LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To initiate a return, please contact Savage Violet customer service at savagevioletllc@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Please note that custom orders and sale items are non-refundable.
